  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Shipping Within New Zealand

  • ANVEIA currently offers New Zealand
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your area

Estimated delivery:

  • Auckland: 1–3 business days
  • Other regions within New Zealand: 2–7 business days
  • We currently ship throughout New Zealand. Australian orders are available by enquiry through Instagram, with shipping quoted separately

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email where available
  • Delivery updates can be monitored through the courier provider
